We call it the Tomahawk here in South Australia.

The hot tip from expert BBQers is that reverse sear is the technique for a succulent and amazingly tender and flavourful Tomahawk.

The Tomahawk come from the rib-eye cut of the cow. This is a very limited part of the animal. Highly prized for it’s incredible flavour and tenderness. Also often known as the scotch fillet.

Lamb Rack

We have had wonderful feedback about the quality of the eating of our lamb. Sweet, tender.

A flavour that our 2023 Spring Lamb customers have already returned for, getting in as one of the first 2024 lamb orders. They know they are onto a good thing and are keen to stick with it.

Our lamb rack is a beautiful oven roast and magnificent on the weber. I love to over our lamb rack with a generous sprinkle of italian herbs with finely chopped garlic and olive oil. So good served with roast spuds and steamed veggies.
